I have to honest. I've ordered from you guys a few times in the past. First one was fine back in 7/09. Then I ordered in October and everything was messed up - no email confirmation, no order info, no NOTHING. I finally called and was told the order just shipped and got my tracking number. I ordered again cause you guys had the price on boots in December. Wanted to get my boots before going on holiday leave. Again, no confirmation, nothing for a week and I ordered on a Monday. So I called again and was told the item was on backorder. Fine but no notification of the status. I was pissed so I decided not to come back after getting my money back. Back in May, a friend of mine ordered thru you guys and had nothing but good things to say - free upgrade to Overnight shipping, a little snack pack, free sunscreen - quick notification with tracking number. I couldn't believe it was the same company. So, I came back to the site and took a look around - again, great pricing so I took a shot. Whoa Nellie - same thing here. I was blown away. Ordered the Altama Orthotacs and got my package in 2 days - package said Next Day Air so I figure it took a day to process. I got a slim jim, a packet of peanuts, and a free bottle of sunscreen - and something called a Cool Towel - it worked pretty good cooling me down - best part of it was I got it all for free. I also got an order notice and a notice when it shipped with a tracking number. I've been back twice now since then and it's been the same...not always 2 days but when I get my package in 3 days and paid for 7 days...that's cool. I don't know what you guys have changed but keep it up and I'll keep coming back

RESPONSE FROM THE US PATRIOT TEAM - I am happy that you are now having a great experience shopping at US Patriot. As your email alludes to, starting in October of 2009, we started "Screwing the Pooch" with just about all of our customers. We went to a new website platform and everything went FUBAR in all aspects of our customer service / order fulfillment process. Through our actions or perhaps inactions, we were basically telling customers that we did not value their business. This is not who we are. We are an organization primarily staffed by Veterans of the US Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines (still working on getting a Coast Guard person to round us out). We absolutely value our customers, especially the ones in the Military and Law Enforcement that rely upon us to provide them with the tools to get their jobs done. As such, we have worked long and hard to correct the deficiencies we identified. We have completed this effort and through various specials, offers and free stuff and upgrades, are trying to get the word out that we value everyone's business. That said, we are not perfect and sometimes (although rare) we totally mess up an order. When we do so, we make every effort to make the customer whole and provide prompt solutions even if it costs us in the short term. Please continue to patronize us and we'll prove to you that we are the best around.

I am blown away at the care and service that I have been provided by you. When I opened the box, I found the sun block and food, and I felt like my family had sent me this package. My grandma loves to send me little snack food and goodies. I don't know why I was upgraded to next day shipping, but I'm so glad I was cause I'm about to go on leave, and I really wanted to wear my cotton abu's before I left. Got my order a couple days ago. Used the towels on a foot patrol during mid day, It was about 115 degrees I put one under my helmet and one around my collar under my vest. Worked very good and kept me cool for quite a while. Thanks again.

RESPONSE FROM US PATRIOT TEAM - We strive to do our utmost to get orders shipped out day of. Sometimes, if an item is not in inventory, we have to reach out to the manufacturer to have them ship it out directly. Unfortunately, in this case, the item was discontinued and they failed to notify us of this. We offered up alternatives to the customer but the customer decided he wanted a refund - which we granted. At US Patriot, we try our hardest to get everything right, but sometimes, even we mess up.
Thanks! You have made a young man very happy on his birthday. This was the last item he needed to complete his gear set up. Here is my “Airsoft Warrior”. Ignore the date on the picture - the camera has a mind of it’s own. I realized after playing a match with him and his friends exactly why we don’t draft 46 year olds!

I work C130's on the flight, currently in Iraq. One of the most breathable pairs of boots I own. Surpisingly light weight, great padding all around. Sole is very soft, you can feel most of the stuff you step on, ladder steps, D-rings, small rocks around the POD's, random stuff like that. I would say would be good for cement environment or sandy conditions, as well as large rock environments, but not sharp rocks. Tread pattern is different, haven't slipped yet, I would order 1/2 size bigger and return if too small still (any online foot wear ordering), never settle on too small. Zipper is secure and not cheap, plastic armor patch on the heal also good touch, and outside ribs help in ankle protection, good boot all around. ****US PATRIOT sent small care package in the box as well THANK YOU, nice touch, also small write in the weather note pad, one of the better companies out there and they ship to APO addresses!!!

Your general customer service line is very helpful even when you're not around. It just so happens I was the lucky customer today to speak with you. I took great pleasure in talking to you. However, I was unaware you were the President of the company because the customer service has always been impeccable when ever I needed them. So it wasn't out of the ordinary to have such great service. It wasn't until you offered the towels is when I felt something a little fishy...so it all makes sense. However you are doing a wonderful job at being the boss because each and every customer service agent is always willing to help. I have never received a no at any point in time when it comes to your company. You know us military guys don't appreciate that word to much...haha. So I'm sure you are plenty busy so I won't keep you any longer.
