This is my new favorite toy.  This light is pretty cool for all the right reasons.  First, it’s probably the lightest pistol light on the market.  The fiber composite material makes it extremely light.  It also runs on 1 lithium 123 instead of 2 like some of it’s competitors – this also cuts down on the weight.  This little light shoots out 200 lumens of LED light and I dare anyone to stare at that for longer than a few seconds unless you want to blind yourself.  What I really like about this light is it’s slim profile.  The fiber composite material plus the capability to run on 1 battery means that it doesn’t protrude from the slide of the pistol.  Matter of fact, if you put it on a Beretta 92F or Glock and look at the pistol from above it, you can’t see the light at all.  What’s this mean?  When you’re trying to draw your pistol from it’s holster, the possibility of the light catching on something hindering your draw is virtually eliminated.  The lightness also means that you aren’t shooting a pistol that’s muzzle heavy due to the placement of the light.  Another fantastic thing is that the light is truly ambidextrous.  It’s got paddle switches on both sides so whatever way you want to actuate the light, either with your trigger finger or your support hand – no worries.  I got to play around with these a couple of weeks ago and we’re expecting about 100 to arrive in about 2 weeks.  Oh, and it’s made in America with a lifetime guarantee.  And by the way, it’s almost less than half the cost of it’s major competitors.
