- 3. Overweight items and volume orders of more than 7-10 of the same item may not apply to special and free shipping offers.
- APO / FPO Shipping
- We ship to APO and FPO addresses. Shipments are sent via the US Postal Service. APO shipments can take 1 to 8 weeks for delivery. Please email or call if you have any questions related to turnaround times and product availability. US Postal Service is the only shipping option available to APO / FPO addresses.
- We ship to the following Countries:
- United States, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom.
- Customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties according to local country policies upon receipt of the delivery.

Due to the high cost of shipping rates we recommend emailing us any questions and using our size chart carefully before placing your order. Any international order packages sent back to us must have our written consent for approval.
- Due to increased risk of fraudulent activity, we may have to ask for further information. Please include a valid email address and telephone number with your order.
- Free Shipping offers DO NOT apply to International shipments.
We utilize UPS and Fedex for international shipments. Depending on delivery location and item availability, shipping takes 1 to 4 business days after we process the shipment.
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses via USPS - United States Postal Service.
- UPS Worldwide Saver - Delivery by the End of the Day. Canada - next day. Europe - 2 to 3 business days. Asia - 3 to 4 business days.
- UPS Worldwide Express - Delivery by 12pm. Canada - next day. Europe - 2 business days. Asia - 2 to 3 business days.
- Please use our online Shipping Quote engine for a real time quote. Shipping rates may vary depending on the end weight of the shipment package.

- All Instock order placed before 12pm EST will ship the same day.
- Items requiring sewing or embroidery may take 24-48 hours to process before order is shipped.
Some items may be temporarily out of stock and will need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note - it can take 1 to 2 days for a manufacturer to process an order
- US Patriot's primary shipping carrier is UPS. Below is a map showing GROUND transit speeds from our warehouse.
Order cancellations, refusals and address changes:
Requests must be made by phone or email. Requests must be made by 1pm EST on the day the order was placed. If the order was placed after 1pm, on a weekend or on a holiday; the timeframe will roll-over to 1pm EST on the next business weekday.
If US Patriot sends the correct items to the address on order and it is refused by the customer, all shipping charges to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund. This includes all shipping charges for any items advertising Free Shipping.
If you find yourself in a special circumstance that requires you to refuse a package, please contact us first for approval.
Adding Additional items to a previous order
We cannot guarantee that requests to add items to previous order will ship with the original order. We will make every attempt to do so but we cannot guarantee it. Additional shipping charges will apply.
If you input incorrect addresses
Unfortunately, every carrier charges additional amounts to either redirect or reship packages due to incorrect addresses. If you omit the correct street address, apartment number, PO box, zip code, etc. we have no choice but to pass on the additional charges to you for the additional cost. This can range from $5 to $35 depending upon the region and the reason.
- Despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time and you will receive a full refund.
- Exceptions & Guarantee
- We reserve the right to change our prices immediately if there is any change in the cost of these goods or if there is a major change in the value of the dollar against any currencies which could affect some items. Please note that the actual color of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this internet site, additionally, some items vary slightly in color between different batch runs. While we endeavour to thouroughly test all products on this site, it should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitibility are purely subjective.
- Liability Statement
- US Patriot does not know all of the United States or International restrictions for our products. Therefore, we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, own or carry specific products offered in our catalogs. Many states and provinces prohibit carrying concealed weapons and you must be guided by local laws regarding a concealable weapon. These products include, but are not limited to, chemical sprays, slingshots, air guns, paintball guns, knives, stun guns, starter pistols, bows, crossbows and other items. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal disabilities and are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Customers purchasing law enforcement insignia or uniforms marked with law enforcement terms such as "Police" or "SWAT" or like messages warrant they are legally authorized to wear such mottos. Prior to your order being shipped you must submit proof on department letterheads or provide official identification.
- There are products listed in our catalog and on our website that require an Export License to send outside of the U.S. It is the policy of this company that any product controlled by the U.S. State, Commerce or OFAC Departments will not be shipped until a determination is made if a License is required and or received. Furthermore, Export of U.S. Controlled Items prohibits exporting or re-exporting at anytime without proper authorization from the U.S. Department of Commerce, State or OFAC (whichever applies).
- US Patriot is a private enterprise that is not affiliated with the Department of Defense in any way. Statements expressed on our site referencing the independent use of products by agencies of the Department of Defense do not constitute an endorsement, approval or authorization of our products by the Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- Occasionally, there may be misprints or errors on our website. US Patriot reserves the right to correct the misprint or withdraw the offer. - Email Policy
- US Patriot does not SPAM. We do however send out promotional emails from time to time for sales and major company related news. The only email addresses we keep on record for these promotional emails are from our own customers who have not 'opt-out' or those who have 'opted-in'. This list includes online shoppers, competition entrants, catalog subscribers and those who have specifically signed-up for mailing list purposes.
- Returns Policy
We understand that many of our customers - Service men and women and Law Enforcement professionals are busy and often away from home.
Therefore, our Returns Policy is that you have up to 365 days - a full year - to return items for refund or exchange.
The items must be returned in a new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Embroidered and/or sewn items CANNOT be returned – these items are custom made to order. For all closeout items, sales are final and CANNOT be returned.
Your returned items will be categorized into four categories listed below. Review these polices to see how your return will be handled.
All returns must be assigned an RMA number. You may contact our returns department via email@example.com or by telephone at 1.800.805.5294 to request an RMA number. Please have your original order number ready for faster service. Please ensure that all returns have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns that do not have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be refused by warehouse staff. Also, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your new item has shipped or your refund issued. Please see the section below on how to properly send your package back to our warehouse.
US Patriot is not liable for packages that customers are returning. We encourage customers to obtain tracking information when returning items to US Patriot.

1: Defective Items
- While all of our manufacturers make quality products, sometimes they do make mistakes. If your item is defective, US Patriot will pay for shipping back to our warehouse and ship a non defective item to you. Please do not send the item directly to the manufacture.
2: Exchange Item
- The following policy only applies to continental US and APO/FPO addresses. If you ordered the incorrect item or size, we will process an exchange. We have a very customer friendly exchange policy. You pay for shipping back to us and we will pay for the shipping to get you the proper item or size.
- There is a limit of 1 free Exchange shipment from us to you. For the 2nd and subsequent Exchange shipments, all shipping must be paid by the customer.
- There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
- The following policy only applies to orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international orders. Due to the high cost of shipping, the customer will be charged the rate to reship the correct item or size.
- Due to an increase in processing cost, we have to balance ourselves in order to maintain our ability to offer competitive pricing. In the past we have fully refunded all items returned. Due to the increase in costs, we will have to implement a 15 percent restocking fee for all items that are returned for a refund. Customer must pay for shipping back to our warehouse. To avoid a restocking fee, choose to exchange an item. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items.

- If US Patriot sent out an incorrect item or size, we will replace the item at no cost to you - shipping included.
