Built for service members during training, duty, and layered wear, the 5.11 Tactical Prime Responder Hi-Vis Parka combines certified high-visibility protection with a 10K/10K waterproof breathable shell. BBP-resistant fabric, reflective tape, ventilation zippers, adjustable coverage, and extensive pocketing support emergency response work.
