The High Speed Gear Reflex IFAK System Roll Carrier was engineered with the expertise of active-duty medics to ensure life-saving gear is always within reach. Featuring a two-part design with a detachable med roll and durable carrier, this IFAK system provides ambidextrous access for rapid response under pressure. Constructed from heavy-duty nylon laminate and reinforced with HANK grab handles, it can mount both vertically and horizontally on belts or MOLLE platforms. With intuitive organization features, glove-access side slots, and a Medical Cross Patch included, the Reflex IFAK System ensures preparedness for any critical mission or field emergency.
