The Shellback Tactical Banshee 4 LT Lightweight Armor System with Level III LON-III-P Plates is a lightweight matched armor kit built around UHMWPE rifle plates and a low-profile carrier. The carrier weighs 1.8 lbs empty and includes QASM placard compatibility, quick-release Taktic buckles, airflow channels, and secure rear cummerbund attachment. The LON-III-P plates are NIJ Level III certified, M193 special threat rated, buoyant, and sealed in a 1000 denier nylon cover. Each 10" x 12" plate weighs 3.5 lbs with 1.25" thickness, helping keep the full kit at 9 lbs with plates installed.
